Authorized Conversion Ticket for POND-MAG Models 24A and 36A or replacement for 24B & 36B. Ticket cost covers service performed to your pump which enables the version "A" pumps to be repaired using the version "B" replacement parts. Customer is responsible for shipping the pump to Pondmaster Service. YOUR ORDER NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING BOX. After conversion or replacement is complete and pump is tested, shipping from Pondmaster Service as well as the cost of the new impeller assembly and possible new volute are charged to the customer before pump is returned via Fed-Ex.
