PONDMASTER - CPK-8000 Clearguard Pond Kit (large) is a Biologically Filtering Kit for ponds between 5,000 and 10,000 gallons. The bundle includes : 1 - 7600gph Pondmaster Hy-drive Pond Pump, 1- Free Pump Bag, 1 - Clearguard Pressure Filter 8,000, 1 - ProLine 5,000 Filter Falls and 20 Feet of 1.5 inch diameter Pond Tubing.

These components work together to move your pond water through the biological pressure filter and filter-pad then on to the large capacity waterfall unit where the cleaned water is returned to your pond.

Optional features are also available if needed; Ultra-Violet Clarifiers may be added at any point for enhanced clarity/purification & a custom Backwash Air Kit is also available to help break-up stubborn waste inside the canister during the backwash process. Additional Filter pads, Barley bales and Bio-Media can be added to the waterfall unit to further build a beneficial bacteria colony which mimics mother natures own filtration. This media should be left untouched to collect muck and grow bacteria for the entire season unless it becomes clogged with excessive debris which is uncommon. Simply rinse the bio-media with a garden hose until it runs clean and place it back into the waterfall chamber below the grid at the start of each season.
